If you do not anticipate you can meet these requirements and will not be able to complete your remote proctoring test sitting, complete your registration as normal and contact the MSAT Office for further advice about alternate test sittings.

If your equipment does not pass the technical readiness checks and the issues cannot be resolved by ProctorU’s live technicians, you should source another test location and/or equipment and complete the technical readiness checks again.
You will need to complete your registration by 16 January 2026. Once you activate your ACER account, you will be able to book your test session directly via your registration dashboard. To access your registration dashboard, login to your ACER MSAT account, and click “Book session” on your 2026 registration homepage.
