Payments are completed online by credit card (Mastercard and Visa Credit/Debit, American Express).
You will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice by email once the payment is successfully completed. Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not receive your payment receipt. If you are still unable to find your receipt, please email the MSAT-Ulster office.
The online payment option operates through ACER’s e-commerce facility via the ACER website. Credit card details are not recorded or stored by ACER but are encrypted at point of capture and transmitted directly to the bank, without entering ACER information systems.
Your credit card statement may list ACER as the recipient, and a specific reference to MSAT-Ulster may not be mentioned.

Registration fees for the MSAT-Ulster 2025 test will be refunded up to 5.00pm GMT 5 February 2025, with an administration charge of £18, unless a full refund is required by law. All refund requests must be submitted by email to the MSAT-Ulster Office (msat@acer.org). You will receive email notification to your registered email address, once your refund has been successfully processed.
Please note that access to any preparation materials included with the MSAT-Ulster 2025 registration will be withdrawn upon completion of the refund. The fee will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. If your credit card has changed since you paid your registration, please include this information in your email the MSAT-Ulster office.
No, deferrals are not offered for MSAT-Ulster.
If you have a disability or other health-related or educational need that might interfere with your ability to sit the test in the standard manner, you should apply for reasonable adjustments as soon as possible after you complete your registration.
If you are unsure, we recommend you submit an application. All requests are assessed individually and all reasonable efforts will be made to provide you with support and appropriate testing conditions for your needs. To complete all the pre-test preparations, all requests need to be submitted no later than the close of standard registrations at 5pm GMT, 5 February 2025. Late applications for reasonable adjustments will be reviewed no later than ten (10) days after this deadline.
Test takers must apply along with supporting documentation through their ACER account by clicking on the reasonable adjustments tab in the registration portal no later than the close of standard registrations at 5pm GMT, 5 February 2025.
Yes, you need to submit an application each time you sit MSAT-Ulster. Arrangements will only be valid for the test cycle and year the application was submitted.
