Misconduct

MSAT-Ulster is a high stakes test; the results of the test have the potential to make a major impact on the future study plans of the test taker. For this reason, ACER has established security procedures which will be strictly enforced at all times.  Cheating or any breach of the test rules is viewed seriously and could attract penalties.

Misconduct (whether occurring prior to, during or after the MSAT-Ulster session) means any unacceptable conduct or any conduct that might result in unfairness or inaccurate results. See page 16 of the Information booklet for examples of misconduct.
